The first step is an invitation to simply come home to yourself. Life can feel heavy, and sometimes your body carries more than your mind can hold. Here, you’ll be guided to pause - to soften, breathe, and gently notice how your body feels. There’s no expectation, no pressure to “fix” anything. This is simply a space for you to arrive, to let your heart and body settle, and to allow a quiet moment of relief. It’s the first small breath of stillness you give yourself each day.
Once you’ve settled, the next step is to gently meet what’s present inside you. Emotions can feel heavy, sharp, or overwhelming, but here you are invited to approach them with kindness and curiosity rather than judgment. You’ll notice sensations, thoughts, and feelings as they arise, and allow them to exist without needing to change or fix them. This is a practice of self-compassion - a soft holding of your own heart - giving you the freedom to experience your emotions safely and with awareness.

And like many of the women I work with, I’ve walked the path of grief - carrying the weight of loss quietly, wondering if anyone could truly understand. I know what it feels like to want support, yet feel unsure about talking, explaining, or reliving the pain. That’s why I created Elaria & Co, a heart-led space where women can find comfort, gentle guidance, and tools to reconnect with themselves without needing to justify or analyse their feelings.
Through my journey as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Personal Trainer, I’ve learned how powerful the nervous system is in holding both tension and release. I’ve seen how soft, hypnotherapy-inspired audio practices can create space for healing, presence, and calm - even when grief feels overwhelming. Every audio, prompt, and resource in Stepping Into Stillness and The Quiet Room is designed from my own experience and professional knowledge to gently meet you exactly where you are, hold your heart, and help you find moments of peace in the midst of grief.
